Welcome to Neon Gravity. By using our application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Neon Gravity application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the application.

2. License to Use

Zdrilich Web Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Neon Gravity application for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, decompile or reverse engineer the application
Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to circumvent the application's security measures
Use cheats, hacks or third-party software to gain advantages in the game
Resell or redistribute the application

4. In-App Purchases

The application offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

In-app purchases are:

Non-refundable - Once the purchase is complete, you cannot request a refund directly from us. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Non-transferable - Purchases are linked to your Apple ID account.

To restore previous purchases, use the "Restore Purchases" feature within the application.

5. Virtual Currency

The game uses virtual currency (coins) that can be earned by playing or purchased through in-app purchases. Virtual currency:

Has no real monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for real money
Is not transferable between accounts
May be lost if the app is uninstalled without backup

6. Content and Leaderboards

The application uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. By using these features, you also agree to Apple Game Center's terms of service.

7. Advertising

The application contains advertisements provided by third-party services (Google AdMob). You can remove advertising by making the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the application, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, code and design, is the property of Zdrilich Web Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zdrilich Web Studios be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.
