Introduction

Subly ("the App") is developed by Ivan Zdrilich. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Collected

Subly collects and stores locally on your device:

• Name (optional, to personalize greetings)
• Profile photo (optional)
• List of your subscriptions (name, cost, renewal date, notes)
• App settings (budget, notification preferences)

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your data is synced through Apple's iCloud to allow you to access the same information across all your Apple devices. This data is managed according to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Subly Pro Subscription

Subly offers an optional "Subly Pro" subscription with additional features. In-app purchases are handled exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.

Email Scanning (Pro Only)

The email scanning feature to find subscriptions:

• Requires your explicit consent to access Gmail
• Only reads emails related to receipts and subscriptions
• Does not access personal emails, attachments, or contacts
• Processes data locally on your device
• You can disconnect your account at any time

Data NOT Collected

Subly does NOT:

• Collect proprietary tracking or analytics data
• Share your personal data with third parties
• Collect actual financial information (credit cards, bank accounts)
• Automatically access your real subscriptions (except with authorized email scanning)
• Display advertisements

All subscription data is manually entered by you or found through email scanning with your consent.

Notifications

If you authorize notifications, the app will send you local reminders about your subscriptions. Notifications are generated locally on your device and do not pass through external servers.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device and on iCloud until you delete it. You can delete all data at any time from Settings - Reset app.

Security

Your data is protected by iOS and Apple's iCloud encryption.

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with the update date.
