Terms and Conditions of Use - Subly

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Subly application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Subly is a personal subscription management application that allows you to:

Track your subscriptions and their expiration dates
Receive reminder notifications before renewals
View statistics on your recurring expenses
Sync data across multiple devices via iCloud

3. Use of the App

The user agrees to:

Use the App only for personal and non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the App
Not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Enter accurate data regarding your subscriptions

4. Data and Responsibility

Important: Subly is a personal management tool. Subscription data is entered manually by the user. The App does not automatically access your bank accounts or your actual subscriptions.

The user is responsible for:

The accuracy of data entered in the App
Verifying actual renewal dates with service providers
Decisions to cancel or renew their subscriptions

5. Limitation of Liability

Subly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for:

Any errors or inaccuracies in data entered by the user
Missed notifications due to device settings
Financial losses resulting from uncanceled subscriptions
Data loss due to device or iCloud malfunctions

6. Advertising

The App contains advertising provided by Google AdMob. Advertisements are subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the App, including trademarks, logos, design, and source code, are the exclusive property of Ivan Zdrilich.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Trieste shall have jurisdiction.
